Residents of Braes occupy the key posts of Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer and a minimum of four ordinary members. Community volunteers are key to the management of the Hall and the running of events.
The Braes Village Hall Club is a registered charity.
Management committee meetings are held throughout the year every 6 weeks or so. Copies of the minutes can be obtained from the Secretary via firstname.lastname@example.org
The Annual General Meeting usually takes place in August.
The dates of meetings are posted on the What’s On page. All residents of Braes are welcome to attend any of the advertised meetings.
A newsletter is published twice a year, say February and September – and delivered by hand to most addresses in Braes. If you think you are being missed please get in touch as described above.
